    Sampling in research
    My question is, if a household is taken as a sampling unit, what is the correct method of data collection?

    Should all members of the household be included in the survey or can one member in that household be randomly selected to participate.

    Depends on the survey, and the rules that the company doing the survey wishes to do.

    They are done both ways.
