    ROKU Netflix Streaming
My picture keeps going purple after working perfectly for many months.

The online help said to disconnect and re-connect. It worked. Today it isn't working. Why? What can I do?

You have to disconnect and reconnect again. Nothing else you can do. This doesn't happen often to me but what they suggest always works.

Thank you for responding. I'm afraid that's exactly what we did. It worked for a day... we're back to the purple screen. I'm so sad because I love Netflex streaming... no ads... and TV programming , except for a few, seems brainless and boring.

Are you streaming through WiFi with the upright white box?
Is so, turn that off for 15 min and back on again. Might work.
