    Debt by paypal
    OK so there is a problem with paypal I am short 400 dollars saying it received a fraud trancations so on the policy I got to be at least 18 and I am only 17 can they do anything?

    They can if you defrauded them, how did this fraud transaction happen? Was it your fault?

    Also if you lied about your age and said you were 18 its not their fault, this shouldn't change the fact that you owe them money.

    Ok, they will provide you information on the fraud transation,

    It sounds like someone who paid to your account did so with a an account that was not real, so who paid money into this, someone's money was not good.

    If you lied and said you were 18, there is nothing you can do as for as your fruad to them.

    Its like someone gave me money and it went to the bank now they want to take it out and make me pay for it
