Bidding on construction clean up
I currently work for an commercial/resedential electric company. I also , recently started a cleaning service. I've noticed that I have complete access to many jobsite supervisors as I deliver materials all day to these places. It seems that construction clean up can be a lucrative area to go in. I currently want to bid on a 100 unit senior living build,three levels, 700sq ft units ,two phases,drywall clean and final clean ,poss.touch up.(1)how to put together a professional looking bid?(2) What should I bid? I have no exp.or employees, but don't want to miss out on a good oppurtunity build some capitol. Thanks!
