I have a space between the floor in the shower and the wall, which leaks down into my 1/2 bath in the family room. How can I fix this problem ?

    What is finish on floor?

    What is finish on walls?

    How large of space?

Can you give us a picture?

Clean the area completely and seal with silicone.

If floor of shower and walls are installed correctly, there should be no problem.
