Things that you need when bidding and pricing:

How often is the cleaning; daily, weekly, etc...

What type of flooring; % of hard floors, % of carpet, etc...

Any special concerns... wall cleaning, window cleaning, hazmat, etc...

Do you have specifications? What is to be done and frequencies...

Security concerns; keys, card locks, etc...

Do you have additional duties? Strip and refinish hard floors, carpet cleaning, etc...

How to configure your price relative to all your costs and profit...

    Know your competition...
