    Im 14 years old and I'm wonfering if there's a place in wilkes barre pa
    Im 14 and want a lip puercing and I'm wondering if there is a place in wilkes barre pa that I can get it done at my age 14 with no problem

    PA state law prohibits any but ear piercings under the age of 18. Some piercings may be allowed with parental consent at age 16.

    There is no place I know of because you need to be an adult to do that and if you do find a place it is because they are using unsterilized tools and you could get an infection or hepititis that will make you very sick for the rest of your life.

    Wait until you are older and find a reputable place.
