    How do obtain a copy of a Real estate Deed?
    I need a copy of my fathers Real estate Deed to complete a transaction on his behalf. I am his daughter and have power of Attorney. How do I go about obtaining a copy?

    You can go to the county clerk's office and make a copy of it there. Or you can call a title agency and have them obtain a copy for you at a nominal charge.
