    I have this beat in my upper right side rib and I just felt this when I laded down

    What do you mean by beat? Someone beat you? It feels like a heart beat? There's a beat, a rhythm?

    Also, kiddo, laded means load (as in lading a ship) or shipping goods.

    No this has not happen before and no I have not fallen or hurt them I can only feel this beat when I lay Down

    Where you exercising, were you exerting yourself?

    Sounds like your heart is beating a bit strong, which can happen if you're excited, were exercising, nervous, and many other reasons.

    Bottom line, if you're concerned, see a doctor.

    Kid, it sounds like your heart is just beating a bit fast, which is normal if you've been exercising, or doing anything to exert yourself. It can also happen if you're nervous about something, worried about something.

    Again, if you're worried about this, the only way to find out if it's serious is to see a doctor. We can't diagnose online.
