If someone doesn't have the right priorities, it means her priorities are not the kind you would want her to have. An example would be, you want to go to college, have a career, purchase a home, have children, etc. If you meet a woman who wants to hang out with friends and have fun, without the same goals you envision, then she doesn't have the right priorities for you.
