    Violation community control
    I Violated by not being home. Instead of A Warrant, my p.o Set a hearing before the judge in 20 Days. So do I still have to remain home if I am already violated?

    Yes because each additional violation will be an additional offense. Not to mention the second violation could result in your immediate incarceration.

    Why play with fire ?

    Do what you are supposed to do and than get on with your life.
