    Is butcher block previously eurythaned and now sanded off food safe?
    Is butcher block previously eurythaned and now sanded off food safe? As far as I know, it was never stripped with solvent? Does anybody know?

    No, not safe. If you use it for light food prep, wash down with chlorine after each use.
