    Omegle
So my friend got on omegle video with a bra & panty on. All she did in the video was move her boobs, & move her body up & down. She barely showed her face. She had a hat on. However, if someone she knows sees it, they'll recognize her. She wants to know if the her moving could have been recorded by the guy & maybe he spreads it around & she gets in trouble? Is it possile to record a video on omegle? Thanks

She now knows. However, what are the chances the man spreads it around like to a porn site? She also wants to know if it's possible that he collects thesr videos & since she's a minor, the police finds him with all the videos, & she's in one of them, can she get in trouble? How will sge find out if it spread? She was also telling me maybe he disn't record it because she was coveribg her parts. To them, nothing good. What do you think could happen? She's freakibf out. She's def. not doing it again.

If he spreads the videos, he could be in trouble for child pornography. But there are ways to spread it anonymously.

She would not get into legal trouble, but she can get a reputation that will cause her problems in future relationships.

I don't think it is very likely that this guy will spread the video if he even thought of recording. Out of the millions and millions of videos on the Internet, I doubt it will ever come back to her. Especially if she only did it the one time.

And what makes you so sure? There are loads of predators out there looking to take advantage of the unsuspecting.

And yes, while it may never come back to her it doesn't mean its not out there.

Your advice just encourages others to make the same mistake.

"Your advice just encourages others to make the same mistake" just isn't true. It could be true or not, but you tell it like it IS true. You should not be making statements like that; you really don't know either!

Yes, it's possible it might get spread around. Anything is possible with making a video or pictures, and putting them where others can see them! Bad mistake! I wish you good luck.

I just spent 15 minutes on Omegle pretending to be a 14 year old girl. That place is a playground for pedophiles.

Excuse me? If someone posts advice that tells someone nothing will happen if they do something bad, then that could given them encouragement to do the bad thing. Which means the advice does encourage people to do the bad thing. Yes, it is true that not everyone would be encouraged, but some people might. Plus, this was clearly my opinion, not a statement of fact.

Finally, since you agree with me about the possibility of such a video getting around, I don't understand why you are disagreeing with my advice.

Why would your friend do such a thing anyway? She is violating her own self. And since she did that she has to pay the consequences. And weather or not he doesn't put it on the internet she shouldn't have done that!! :(

I'm certainly not sure of it, but when dealing with something like Omegle ( It's not Craig's List), you have to think rationally as well. There are plenty of perverts to go around on the Internet, but we can't forget that there are harmless "horny dudes" too. Not everyone you meet online is a complete creep looking to spread this stuff.

Better to assume that they are and not give them anything to work with... rather than assume they are "harmless horny dudes" and regret it later.
