    Help with consumables
Hello, I've just been asked to bid a job on Mpls area for 15000 sq ft with 38 employees. This is computer related so not too dirty but I've NEVER supplied consumables! Is there a formula or should I just bill them monthly for consumables? Two bathrooms, five stalls, four paper towel holders and large break room. Thanks in advance

My best advice to you is to contact your local janitorial supply company and ask them. They have a rate for how much of each; paper towels, hand soaps, toilet paper, etc is used per day/week/etc that will help you.

The mark up on these types of supplies are minimal usually about 10% to 12% of your costs; product, delivery, admin and taxes.
