    Bail bond refund
I paid a bail bondsman to get my fiancé out of jail. He did not have court due to a no bill from the grand jury. Do we get any of the money back since everything was dropped?

You will need to read the signed contract with the bail bondsmen, normally they do not refund their fees once they start the process.

But the only way to do it, would be to go to the bondsmen and request it, showing him in the contract it allows for the refund
