    2005 bottle of Cristom Pinot Noir
    I have a 2005 bottle of Cristom Pinot Noir, Jessie Vinyard, is it better to drink it now or save it for that very special day?

    Go for it, will be drinking well now, but will last 5-10 comfortably.
