    Please tell more - what kind of company, where, and are you on wages or contract pay (no taxes taken out)?

    You aren't helping.
    Are you on WAGES (do you get taxes taken out) or on CONTRACT (no taxes taken out)?
    What country, what state?

    As Joy said, if you want our help you need to give us something to help with. Laws vary by area so we need to know your general area. We need to know if you are salaried or hourly, the industry your work in, whether you belong to a union? How long have you not been paid, what reason do they give?

    Gives us details and we can provide an answer.
