Old Christmas Movie: Boy burns letter in open fire?
    Hi all

I've been trying to remember a Christmas film I saw a few years ago in which a boy's parents split up (I think) around Christmas Eve and the boy says that Christmas is ruined forever and throws his Christmas List into an open fire. The ashes rise up the chimney, and then as they go up into the air, a gloved hand (Father Christmas) catches them.

    Any ideas sincerely appreciated.

    Regards,

    Paul
