The name of a movie
Sometime either late nineties or early 2000, a movie aired on nickelodeon, at least I think it was on nickelodeon. It was a sister, a brother, and some older guy who was like a body guard. They were living in somekind of a desert like community where there was a village. There was this bad guy, I think tim curry may have played him, where he absorbed memories from people by placing his hand on their head. The three were riding on these solar sails and they were heading towards this place that was rumored to be a paradise away from the rule of the bad guy in charge. In the end the bodyguard sacrifices himself to stop the bad guy from capturing the brother and sister, and they make it to the paradise which is a beach. I think the movie is solar sailers, but I'm not completely sure, if anyone knows the actual name or if the movie is familiar, please let me know.
