My son's father recently started receiving disability he got a lump sum of 17 thousand and monthly payments of 900 a month.now they took all but 4 thousand and 300 a month from him.he has 7 children 5 of them are grown I is in question then he has my son who is 13yrs of age and has not seen his father in 12yrs.my question is how much will my son receive from him and will he get some of the lumpsum momey also
