    Individual Retirement account India
    Hi,

    I have a question.
    If I hold a Individual Retirement Account in India,do I need to file a form 3520A every year along with my tax return?

    It is a Pension Fund.But it is not an employer pension plan,instead its an indiviual pension plan.
    In India the Govt of India announces pension plans from time to time and lets citizens to invest in those plans.I contribute 30$ per month in this plan

    If the account is a trust, which seems likely, it appears the 3520-A would be necessary.
