White rice looking insects found on bed
As I was making my bed I notices a white rice looking insect crawling very slowly on my sheet can you please tell me what they can be and how to get rid of them

Hate to say this but sounds like they may be maggots. Probably have something dead in your attic and they may be coming out of light fixture.
