    Using NeoJulie
I have downloaded an app for my iPhone called NeoJulie. It's a text to speech app that lets you type text in to an edit box, and it reads it back to you using the VWJulie Voice. I like the VWJulie voice better than I like the Realspeak voice that Apple uses for the Voiceover screen reader, and I would like to make it the system voice so I can use it in both Voiceover and sirie. Can I do that? The file shows up as: vt_julie_m16_64_v3.1.01.dat
Where is this file stored on the iPhone, and can I copy and paist it in to the system folder to use it? I would like Julie as my Screen reader voice for my windows PC as well. I have downloaded a free demo from NeoSpeech but it is a 32 bit voice. I am running windows7 64 bit and I would like to be able to use the voice without running the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl command every time I boot up my computer. Can I use this 64 bit data file to convert it?
