    Grilled chicken that's been reheated
    I grilled boneless chicken breasts for dinner, had leftovers & refrigerated those. Next day microwaved them for dinner.Would it be OK to make chicken salad with the leftovers now? And it be refrigerated again?

    I've done this before and never had any issues. 5 days is the rule with poultry, I learned back in college.
