    Commercial cleaning car dealerships
I've been asked to submit a bid for cleaning a car dealership 6 days a week. They would like to have a day porter (custodial) worker present from 9-5, everyday and a cleaning crew would be needed at night.

The dealership is 13,341 sq ft. (offices/showroom = 10,861 sq ft; car service area = 4,488 sq ft). We have to clean the lifts and air hoses every night. Every 3 months - pressure wash the service drive, all painted areas outside, clean the windows (ext/int), clean the tile and grout.

    What should I charge?
