    Residential Land Contract
Is it possible to find an instructional package for residential real estate land contracts that may also contain forms for both buyer and seller? Hopefully at minimal cost.

Before you decide to do a land contract, find out about lease options. If you are the seller, the lease option is safer for a novice. Go to the library and find out about both. Then contact a real estate attorney. This isn't the time to watch the pennies. If you make a mistake during the due diligence period, you may loose a great deal more money after the deal is in motion.
