    Performance Appraisal Report
    What do I do if I did not receive an initial or midterm performance report from 12 Sep 2011 to 9 Jul 2012 and I was given a new job assignment on 9 July 2012 to the present. Will my performance report be a combination of the two positions or separate?

    This is really a question for your own HR people as conventions vary.
