Any ideas to use up cowhorn peppers?
I have an abundance of cowhorn peppers all at once from my garden and I have no idea what to do with them all. I want to use at least some of them fresh in meals, I could always dry some of them but still, I wouldn't really know what to do with them when dried.

They are a quite large cayenne type pepper (mine are about 10-12" long and 1 1/2" round at the widest part)

I'm interested in any and all uses for them!
