    What happens if you get a misdemeanor while on parole in Texas
    While on parole I got onto an altercation with my ex girlfriend in front of my house. I got charged with assault bodily injury to a family member. I received a bond for that. I went to my parole visit and sheriff picked me up for a parole violation. What are my chances of going back to prison. I have 17 months to go. No dirty u'a's always go parolle appts, just this has happen

    Domestic violence, does not go well, I would say fairly good chance of going back.
