    Moody 1960's? Instrumental featuring a bass clarinet
    This song had minimal, if any accompiament. I have heard it played in a Wynton Marsalis concert. A slowish, moody, lyrical piece mostly in the lower register.

    Maybe " Stranger on the shore" That popped up as a hunch instantly.

    Great tune , I wonder if Tool would consider doing a cover...
