    Are mites biting me
We are experiencing an extremely arid summer with a drought situation. The normally small/manageable number of no-see-ums (I have confirmed that they are mites)) that live outside in the cracks of my cement driveway and in the cracks downstairs in my unfinished basement has increased exponentially to the point that their numbers are unmanageable and I am itching like crazy this week. I know they hitch onto me when I go to do laundry downstairs or even go out on the driveway for a few minutes. I will try the vinegar and salt solution for the main floor and for a bath and will ingest the garlic supplement (thanks) but my central question is this:
For a concrete basement (unfinished) does anyone know if mopping the floors and spaying the walls with bleach is effective? Thanks in advance!
