Network implementations need a certain level of know-how.
If you cannot afford a professional to do it for you, search the neighbourghood for a whizz-kid. These things cannot be explained through a helpdesk - it's too broad.

Wow, this is the last time I will help someone like you:
    http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/...tmap/llmap.htm

Who are you leasing your line from? For someone who "maintains networks" you should know about csu/dsu, etc. The line provider will have this info for you... or he may decide that your attitude may make you a problem account and prefer not to do business with you. I suspect the latter.

    Thanks and sorry
Hey there if my comments offend I am sorry but my question was what all I will have to do to connect my two offices in two cities in mumbai we are considering either mtnl, reliance, or vsnl.
And in vapi we are considering BSNL or reliance the idea was to know the facts before selecting one of these and we really wanted to know the hardware and software requirements.
