    Pulled quad muscle
I pulled my quad muscle about a two weeks ago doing a quick 10 yard sprint. That week I was real light on it icing and resting. It was getting better but not 100%. Then that weekend I went to a football camp and ran the forty and reinjured it. There is light bruising but no real swelling. There is slight pain with my walking but I can stretch it sort of. What should I do to heal it and how long will it take? I start football in August and its my senior year please help! Thank you

Better pay the price for a physio and get it sorted out if you want to run again.
