    Real Estate Investing -Advantages of hiring a property professional?
    Hi all,

    Im looking to start investing in rental properties, just wanted to know if anyone knows what are the advantages of hiring a professional property manager as opposed to myself taking care of the property?

    Hello louis:

    Of course, if you find the RIGHT property manager, you'll be freed up to do what you do best. If you hire the WRONG manager, you'll go broke before you even start.
