    Mobil 1 $1.99 Per Quart, AAFES
    For active duty and retired veterans, Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) has Mobil 1 on sale for the next week for $1.99/quart. Limit 12 quarts. No sales tax. I believe the sale started June 22nd.

    At one of the bases near me, AAFES Customer Service will issue "Rain Checks" if they are out of the weight oil you need. They will call you when the shipment arrives. AAFES does a great job of supporting military families.
