I have been wondering this for ages I know the scene clearly in my head I just can't remember anything important such as the title or actors.

So there are some soldiers trapped in a war tornmiddle eastern country (the accent is like iran afganistan turkish something like that) and their trapped in like the middle of the town centre surrounded by buildings. Some americans get sent in to save them so they get to the counrty and find a building to hide in. They can't get to the soldiers because there are snipers etc. they look at the soldiers through the sniper rifles and see the soldiers move.

Long story short while this is still happening their still trying to evacuate everyone else i.e. not the terrorist. And then they see the soldiers that are trapped are actually dead and the movement is being caused by rope or string attachted to them being pulled on by the enemies
