    504 plans for adults in the work place
    If a medical condition as in narcolepsy be used as an employee 504 oe similar plan to protect from discrimanation?

    504 plans are not for the workplace. They are for students in places receiving federal funds.
    If you are the adult with narcolepsy working at a job and want to know about any rights, please tell us what state you live and work in, how many employees, and is this a private employer or government. Also what the work entails and whether your employer was informed before or after you were hired.
