    It sounds like a pump problem. These machines are major lemons and there is a class action lawsuit on that machine: Kenmore HE4t HE3t Class Action - YouTube As you can see, the CEO is Aylwin B. Lewis, (847) 286-2500. Check also: Reviews from Epinions
