    Paying/accessing sites with phone card
    I found a phone card that my son had. I know that he has been viewing porn sites. Is it possible to access/pay for those sites using a pre-paid phone card? He has no need to have a card because he has a cell phone. Please help.

    Most internet providers have local access phone number for dial up and when he does on those sites, most of them require credit cards in order to view.
