    Kodak Camera
I've been using a kodak easy share camera for over a year and just received a new kodak easy share camera. Do I need to uninstall the software for the old camera before installing the software for the new camera?

I would do that. The new camera probably has more up-to-date software. Your pictures aren't at risk since they are in your Kodak Pictures folder.
