    Courthouse wedding
    I live in webb county Texas and want to marry my fiancé from turkey. But we have no idea how to do it. Please help

    Of course if you want them to move here, you have to apply to INS for immigration

    But as for as just the wedding, they come here, you both go to the court house and get a marriage license and have a judge or a local minister marry you. ( the court clerk normally has a list of local pastors who marry anyone)

    But that does not have any automatic citizenship rights, they will still have to have legal status to stay here
