    Will modern accounting software decrease job demand for accountants?:(

    Some would say yes, others would say no.

    Overall, I say no. It might a tiny tiny bit, if any.

    Why?
    Because people who were lazy before and didn't want to do their taxes, certainly still won't either.

    If they could afford an accountant before, they still can afford one today.
