    Why is confidentiality important when working with children
    I transport children with learning difficulties to school and back home I recentley picked a t/a up late one night with 2 male companlons she recognised me and started to tell me about the problems of one of the children that I took to the school the two male passengers then made comments is this legal

    What is a "t/a" Was this a parent of the child ?

    Without knowing who these people were and their relationship to the child I really can't tell you about your question.
