    Changing my name on sons birth certificate
    I need to find out what I need to do to change an alias I used when my son was born and change it to my real name. He was born in Spokane Washington. I was a runaway at the time and used an alias and now I don't know how to fix it.Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Please help

    So you lied and put a fake name on a government document ? Honestly you can not even really prove the child is yours at this point, this will require you going to court for a corrected birth certificate, most likely by proving paternity with a DNA test so they know you are really the mother. And have to explain to the court why you broke the law.

    I would get a good family law attorney, and it needs to be done quickly as to not have issues for registering child in school, getting the child medical attention or more.
