    WACC questions... HELP!
    40% common stock, 13% preffered stock, 47% debt. Cost of common stock equity is 17.1% cost of preffered stock is 10.8%, the before tax cost debt is 7.5% and the firms tax rate is 35%. What is the weighted average cost of capital?

    35% common stock, 65% debt. Debt issue of $1000 par value , 6.5 % bond mature in 15 years, and pay annual interest rate will sell for $980. Common stock is selling for $30.97 a share, firm expects to pay $2.28 dividend next year. Dividends grow at a rate of 5.2% What is the cost of capitol with the tax rate at 30%?

    46% common stock, 12% preferred stock, and 42% debt. Cost of common equity is 20.9%, preferred cost is 12.1%, before tax debt cosrt 9.2%. What is the cost of capitol with a tax rate of 34%.
