I feel bugs in my hair all day . The bugs also walk through my body biting me .I can't see them only feel them what are they

Can't be sure without seeing them, but it could be fleas or lice. You might try some lice shampoo and then reapply in 2 weeks. Also spraying down your apartment with some bug stuff and washing your bedding might not be a bad idea.
