Her visa and passport is about 330 US dollars. The air fare varys but will be about 1200 dollars.

And she will have to get her passport and will apply for a visa there. You can not get them for her.

I gave you the costs, send her about 400 dollars for visa and passport, get her to come here on tourist and after you get married, she can apply for a change in her visa.

The airline fare varys by gas prices but is about 1200 and can be done prepaid, so you can arrange the airfare directly with the airline.

That would be a Green Card, rather than an actual Visa.

You get that after you marry her here, get her here on the tourist visa first, that is common and they have procedures for that.
