    How to apply for divorce in Ghana? Do you have to be there in person?
    My sister got married in Ghana last 3 years, but things are not working out with the guy and she want to get a divorce. My question is , does she have to be there in person to get it done, or there are other ways? Thank you

    I would hire a lawyer, and let him represent you. At least talk to one!

    We have a brother in ghana right. Can she give him the permission to do it on her behave?

    If she has residence status in Canada, why can she not merely file for divorce in Canada?
