Strikeforce was in town this past weekend - to wrap up the Arnold Classic.

Tate got her belt taken away by Ronda Rousey, who has won all of her fights in the first round... with an armbar:

Hi Rick:

I watched the fight.. I TOLD myself that I'd never watch chicks fight, but it was on after the guys, and Rowdy IS kind of a foxy chick, so I watched...

It was ugly.. I'da swore she broke the champs arm. It was bent at angles that arm's aren't supposed to go.. Then, when she was interviewed, she just said it was a little sore...

I was very impressed.. But, I don't know if I want to watch more.

It is fight night every Tuesday night at our place,

We have a kick boxing and marital arts sparring at our center.

2 of the guy fights were good. The first two were pretty boring, I thought.
