You need to log ino the router's administration page and then you can reset the system ID and/or WiFi password. Deepending on the brand of router and how it's been configured try this: open your browser and go to URL http://192.168.0.1 -- note that the 3rd part of that IP address is a zero, not the letter 'o'. You should see the admin screen come up, and it will ask for a password. Try "admin" - which is the default for most routers. Then you shoud be given access to alter the wifi security setting for the router.

Post back and tell us whether this works, and if not what type of issue you're still having.

If you tried admin/admin not working then last thing you can do is factory reset by press the tiny button and hold 5-10 seconds to reset the router.
Some router need a small needle to reset the router.
From there you can start reconfigure the router settings.

    Hope that help
